So you want to know more about the supplements I use and prefer!? Then this blog post is for YOU! Save it as a reference if you have questions later on.

I do have an affiliate link & discount code with Steel, so if you use it — thank you for your support! I truly appreciate it and know you’ll love their supplements as much as I do! Just remember that they’re SUPPLEMENTS, not the magical piece to living a healthy life! :)

First up, let’s talk about how I found Steel. I am the victim of a TikTok ad. LOL. They had the same ad that offered a free sample box if you paid for shipping. I saw the ad probably 20 times before I committed, but I finally ordered it in April. I had been using the same pre-workout (Energize from Beachbody) for 6 years now and while I didn’t mind it, I was a little sick of the same flavor. I didn’t go ‘looking’ for new supplements, but I fell in love with every single product I tried over those two weeks from Steel. So, let’s break it down with my fav products and flavors! (You can click on any of the colored/underlined text to get direct links to each product! There are also sample packets available of everything!)

  1. Pre-Workout — the first level pre-workout. It’s a really great option for a ‘base level’ pre-workout. One scoop contains 175 mg of caffeine. The only stimulant is caffeine in this pre-workout. It also comes with nootropics such as lions mane, L-phenylalanine and L-Theanine. Lions mane is responsible for heightened awareness and focus. It's a proven neurotropic that promotes growth in neurons in the brain and provides cerebral and nervous system support. I feel really ‘sharp’ and focused on this pre, but don’t find myself being jittery or ‘over-caffeinated’ ever! My favorite flavors/flavors I have tried are PEACHY + BLUE SKY! Peachy is just like peach-o’s or peach rings. #obsessed

  2. Charged AF Pre-Workout — the second level pre-workout. I like this for days I’m really dragging or specific workouts that really challenge me, aka leg day! ;) Charged-AF is a high-intensity and focus pre-workout designed to amplify energy, alertness, strength, stamina and pumps while providing you with essential nutrients to optimize anaerobic and aerobic capacity. If I don’t end up doing a workout, this pre does get me a little bit jacked up. It’s fine as long as I go ‘put it to work though!’ I have tried all 3 flavors and you can’t go wrong with any of them. The blueberry kiwi is a light flavor and reminds me of propel type flavors. The strawberry lemon reminds me of watermelon jolly ranchers. The candy bliss reminds me of that striped gum from the 2000s!

  3. Whey-Iso — My favorite protein powder I’ve probably ever tried! I shoot for 155g of protein per day and this helps a lot. Bonus points? The flavors are delicious and make great desserts :) Whey-iso is pure protein. You can pack on muscle without packing on carbs with your shake, which at the end of the day I’m usually low in protein! Whey-iso contains 20g of whey protein isolate per scoop loaded with vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to support you in reaching your goals; and always triple-filtered to ensure purity without gluten, lactose, fillers, or any other impurities! I love the milk chocolate, vanilla cream pie, banana pancakes and peanut butter flavors so far!

Those are my top 3 favorites! I’m also testing out Adabolic right now. It’s a pre, post and intra workout designed to help you build lean muscle, recover and feel your absolute best. I’ll keep you posted on my thoughts after a month or so!

Make sure you join their rewards program if you purchase and know they usually throw in some extra samples + give freebies with certain dollar amounts on your purchase! I love the company and what they stand for. American made. Tested & approved. Real honest products and great prices!

If you purchase, my code is THATFITAGVOCATE & saves you 10%! Sometimes the website has a better code, so make sure to use that to save the extra $$$!

xo, Andrea
